Welcome to RoboThink! By enrolling in and participating in our programs, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. RoboThink is dedicated to providing innovative and engaging STEM education programs that inspire and educate students through hands-on programs. Our mission is to foster creativity, critical thinking, and a passion for STEM among young learners.

Intellectual Property Rights

RoboThink owns and retains all intellectual property rights to the proprietary robotics kits, coding software, curriculum materials, and any other content provided through our programs. This includes but is not limited to trademarks, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, and other intellectual property. Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for educational purposes within the scope of the RoboThink programs. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of any RoboThink materials is strictly prohibited.

Restrictions

You are restricted from engaging in the following activities:

- Reproducing, duplicating, distributing, or selling any RoboThink materials or content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from RoboThink.

- Modifying, translating, or creating derivative works based on any RoboThink content.

- Using RoboThink materials in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functionality of the programs or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the programs.

- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the RoboThink programs, systems, or networks.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any original content you create as part of the RoboThink programs, such as projects, designs, and code. By submitting content to RoboThink, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display your content worldwide for educational, promotional, and marketing purposes. RoboThink will credit you as the creator of the content when appropriate.

No warranties

RoboThink provides its programs and materials on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with no warranties of any kind, either express or implied. This includes but is not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. RoboThink does not warrant that the programs will meet your specific requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects in the programs will be corrected.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall RoboThink, its officers, directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

- Your participation in the RoboThink programs.

- Your use of or inability to use the RoboThink materials.

- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your content or transmissions.

- Any other matter related to the RoboThink programs.

RoboThink's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to this agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid for participation in the program.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RoboThink, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to:

- Your violation of this agreement.

- Your participation in the RoboThink programs.

- Your creation, use, or submission of any content.

- Your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

Severability

If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

Variation of Terms

RoboThink reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying you through other appropriate means. Your continued participation in the programs after such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically for any updates or changes.

Assignment

RoboThink may assign its rights and obligations under this agreement to any third party at any time without notice to you. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under this agreement without the prior written consent of RoboThink. Any attempted assignment or transfer in violation of this provision will be null and void.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which RoboThink is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to this agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that state. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

By participating in RoboThink programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
